Very Bad Service

I have placed an order for 2 gas stoves on 2 June 2024, I still have not received it, I have phoned numerous times and even sent an email, they gave me a waybill no I phoned courier guy they said that they have been to the warehouse twice and they did not hand over the stoves so they have canceled the waybill. This is ridiculous, I will NEVER buy from them again
