Very bad service and *********** staff!
Good day,
I placed an order for a 2 plate gas stove online from Makro of which I cancelled that order within 2 hours of purchase via the call centre, I was told I will receive my refund within 2 - 7 business days, 5 days later I receive the order I have cancelled instead of my refund. I have phoned and e-mailed Makro many time for their stove to be collected and get my money back but nothing all they do is to make promises...I do not need that 2 plate gas stove I want my refund!!

Thank you for your response, I would like to know when am I going to get my money as the cancellation of this order was done on the 20th of September already and also when are you going to collect your 2 plate gas stove? I as a client have waited for too long unnecessary alredy.
