VERY BAD SERVICE AND DISPPOINTED!!!!

Let down by Makro Online. Today, 25/02/2026, I was supposed to receive my order. I have phoned 20/02/2026 to ask for escalation after I have seen no movement. They couldn't assist. I went online this morning, still no movement and it showed delivery will be 04/03/2026.
