Very bad service

I'm very disappointed with Makro Vanderbijlpark I ordered a laptop charger following a floor staff member's advise and after receiving the Laptop charger I found it was incorrect and attempted to return the item not being able to return it online I emailed using the email provided. I have received a mail saying how can we help and that's another two weeks ago. Responding to the mail and getting a mail that says I must rate the service ... what service ? My order MAK***
