Very bad refund service from Makro

Don't ever buy from their third party online it is a heartache, I bought a router and they sent me a port charger, I logged a return immediately and they came following day to pick up that port charger but then I had to wait forever for my refund but it was so easy for them to just take my money now they can't return it eventhough I got a wrong order and I need that money to go to other shops and buy another router, makro is gonna lose customers and I was a very loyal customer everytime I order online it is with them, I'm just done with them.
