Very BAD Online shopping structure form MAKRO

Absolutely pathetic online service, the worst ever experienced. Apparently one of my packages has already been delivered to someone in Ottery. I stay in Ceres! The day after that they promised to deliver to my door. When I followed up after not receiving anything as promised the advised me that a Mr. X had collected it at the store! I mean realy? The call center cant give a proper answer as to when this will be sorted. Please just give my money back as I am not even prepared to see what going to happen to the second package. Very poor service. Money taken with a smile and now I have to put up a fight to get my goods. Cobus Oberholtster ***
