Very bad Makro

I Drove all the way from Gillitts to Makro Umgeni Rd Durban to use my gift card. Stood in the longest que only to be told " we're off line can't use gift card! " I didn't drive all the way to use my bank card which by the way also can't be used as we "off line". I asked now what.. "we wait" totally not acceptable Makro! Not a happy experience Not a happy Customer! I hope to get contacted!! Had to use all my cash to be 90c short for the teller to say sorry I can't process the sale! Well it's not my fault you can't take my money off my card!! What a jock Makro has become
