Very bad customer service

Recently ordered from Makro and not for the first time, they delivered the incorrect product and I am trying now for the last 3 days to get an answer from them on how they are going resolve the issue. Many promises of escalating the problem to the branch in Port Elizabeth who did the delivery but no solution. They value of my order was for R1107 and they delivered a product to the value of R447. Many calls to their call centre as their email given on the invoice bounced back. Their whatsapp line if even less helpfull. This is unacceptable and everything than excellent customer service on all levels.
