VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought an online order at Makro Alberton and they gave me a wrong order and I only realised when I got home and I had to use my petrol and drive back to Alberton from Soweto since they never answer the phone and when I got here the store manager gave me the right bottle after waiting for 1 hour and they could careless about my petrol money to drive back here he told me the way Makro doesn't have pity cash for such issues. So basically I bought a R500 item for R800 and it's basically my loose.
