Very bad customer service

I purchased a washing machine on-line on 02/06/2020. Makro cancelled it the next day due to them not having stock available (which I also think is bad service). Anyway, the payment was immediately deducted on 03/06/2020. I waited a couple of days and contacted customer service when I did not receive my refund, only to be told it takes between 3 and 7 business days – I think this is very unfair and dishonest as they deduct payment immediately, but are very reluctant to actually pay the money back when they cancel an order from their side. It is now 17/06/2020 and still no refund!!! Will never use them again (I have actually bought and received the washing machine from another retailer in the meantime, so just shows how bad Makro’s service actually is).
