Very bad customer service

I had a very bad experience with Makro online. I ordered an outdoor furniture set on the 30th of January 2025. The delivery date was the 6th of Feb, but the status is still stuck on “order packed “ i never received any feedback about the communi Or whatsoever. I made several call but they kept on saying will escalate the matter.
