Very bad after sales services
<p>I bought a brand new (REDMI Note 2) mobile smart phone from Makro Mombela. After promises for about 2 months they STILL DONT HAVE any covers for this model of mobile phones, the question here is why do they sell this smart phone's without any "aftermaket" service or any accessories, i think the public must be aware and be very careful purchasing any mobole phone's from Makro.</p>
I just want to say thank you to the management team at Makro Nelspruit for the effort they put in to walk the extra mile for there customers, after I wrote my complaint they helped me with all my enquiries and there friendly help was this time VERY professional. Thank you once again Makro Nelspruit now I'm a happy costomer again.
