Very Annoyed Customer

Good day

I'm very furious in-fact I'm so very dis-appointed with Makro right now, I have a ordered a Bread bin and 3 three cannisters when I was about to make a payment one cannister was out of stock, I was surprised but I continue to do the payments so the delivery was done yesterday . What makes me very upset is the fact that the cannisters were not rapped so they have a crack or a dent and the bread bin lid is also broken . I would like to know from their management Team is this accepted or is that how they treat they customers. I demand a good service I bought these goods . Regards, Sbongile
