Very annoyed

I am sick and tired of businesses seeing what they can get away with. I am still waiting for my refund. Money does not grow on trees, people work for it! You want to inconvenience customers because of your own incompetencies and lack of proffessionalism. How do you support a business you cannnot trust. There are too many good stores in this country than to sit and wait for Makro to do better. Quite frankly i am bored, frustrated and disgusted. Checkers issues refunds sooner. You should be ashamed.
