Very Angry Makro Germiston Customer

Hi there. Last week Thursday 28.09.2023, I ordered my son a gaming chair from Makro Germiston using his Makro online Profile (PUGSLY AIDEN). My son Aiden is an Autistic teenager with learning difficulties. We ordered the Venom Ergonomic Gaming Chair with Footrest Product ID: VEN-HIG-BWF-GAM. MAK*** Makro BP Number: ***. Have I provided you lot with sufficient information to get back to me? The chair was delivered to him on the Friday. The driver, who was a miserable jerk, parked at the wrong driveway. My son asked him to please drive up to our driveway - which your driver refused to do btw, forcing my son to carry a 25kg box on his own to our place. He was so excited about receiving his gaming chair anyway, only to find there were no ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS which it is was supposed to come with. I immediately went into my son's Makro profile and used the chat box to send enquiries. I dealt with Sibusiso Logan Gaula on Friday, who was awesome, another guy on Sunday and then again with Sibusiso yesterday - again an awesome guy who tried his utmost to help me. The Gaming Chair is apparently not from Makro but supp**** by a company called A O F S Store - I cannot even find these guys on Google. The Ref Number I received from Sibusiso is #***. On Monday 02.10.2023 I submitted an enquiry to Makro and still have not received feedback. What kind of Company/Companies am I dealing with here? My son is absolutely devastated that he still has no gaming chair. The one he has now is old and broken. I am so furious with whoever is responsible for being utterly *********** regarding this Gaming Chair. As far as I am concerned, Makro or O A F S can come fetch their ****** unassembled chair, deliver a new, upgraded, more expensive, fully assembled Gaming Chair, at no extra cost to me. And as a result of this disgusting service, please feel free to send a generous gift basket as an apology to my son and I. I would love to know if any of your employees have any idea how hard it is to come home to a devastated and angry Autistic Teenager and try calm him down. Makro and A O F S - you suck!! Trish
