Vert Frustrating

Second time in a row I have delivery issues, they claim I cannot be reached. I have been next to my phone whole day. I am looking at my driveway where I am in my office, I am talking to clients in Cape Town and USA, they don't have issues reaching me. Same BS previous time, same issue last week. These guys don't want to do business.
