******* Verimark product sold by Makro

I bought the Verimark Genesis vacuum cleaner recently from Makro. I used it as intended and the power on the vacuum cleaner just burnt out & there was a ********** smell.

When I bought this item, Makro also did not send me all the required parts. I had to post on hellopeter to get them to assist me, ***? This product is such a **** & every other product from Verimark. Makro after sales service is just shocking as well, they sell **** that breaks & does not last at all.

This product is really terrible & I paid a lot of money for this vacuum cleaner. I want this to be sent back & get a refund so that I can buy a proper vacuum cleaner.
