Verimark Genesis Upright Vacuum
I recently bought a Verimark Genesis Upright Vaccum from Makro and have been very unhappy with it. Parts fall off of it all the time (its currently stuck together with ducktape) and has on one occasion stopped working altogether.
I took it back to Makro after it stopped working and told them about all my issues with it, they sent it for repairs and after 14 days I was told to come and fetch it again. I got it home and its got all the same issues, albeit it works now.
I complained to both Makro and Verimark. Makro said Verimark must sort it out and Verimark said Makro must sort it out. Makro even went as far as to say if I have the same issues and bring it in for repair 3 times then they will authorise the refund I explained that I live 100km away from the nearest Makro and they told me sorry, thats our policy. When I asked for a copy of this policy I was told to go and get it from the store...
Really terrible services from Makro and terrible vacuum from Verimark!
