Value Express, Delivery Depressed!!!!
Ordering a Fridge for Black Friday at Makro, Using Value express as the preffered courier company...Guess what? Weeks of waiting and hours of calls to Value express and Value Logistics, just to have my food rot away.
CALL CENTRE AGENT @ Value express, Lorato tells my wife that she will call back at 17:05pm, full knowing that the CALL CENTRE will be closing at 17:00pm. No call returned, Called back the next day to be told Bonita will call back, She said that the call will be escalated, guess what?? No Call Back.
Worst ever experience of my life ever. I am NEVER purchasing anything from Makro again until they change their courier comapny to a reputable company that is Much More reliable. This is absolutely ludacris.
