Value Express
Bought goods on the 29th November 2024 from Makro online out of 5 goods I only received one from the courier guy soweto one package the other packages are still with their courier Value Express Courier, I'm so disappointed in their courier company bad decision that makro has done is to partner with such a courier company.
Tried communicating with them on the 6th December they told me they will call me back no call was received to date

16 Dec 2024, 09:55Value Express Courier partner with Makro they delivered yesterday the 15th December 2024 but the order was short of 2 items and the driver and his assistant were telling me I have one short item, I'm very disappointed they way Makro and Value Express handle queries put agents that I trained to deal with customer queries
