Utterly poor service

I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for my online order placed on Black Friday. You claim within 10 working days well it’s over 11 working days now. This is extremely poor service especially knowing that there will be an influx of orders. Makro please sort your service as currently it’s worse than anything I have experienced.
