Utterly pathetic service with online orders

I placed an order which they then separated into 3 deliveries, I contacted customer support both via email and whatsapp chat function to have the order delivered on Thursday as we were unavailable before then, they confirmed that the deliveries were scheduled for Thursday, however I received messages saying they are delivering today, so again I contacted them and rescheduled the delivery via the whatsapp link that they send, but still the delivery pitches up, AGAIN I contact customer support via email and whatsapp, and again they confirmed it has all been rescheduled for Thursday, but all lies, as they have tried to deliver 2 more times today. Each time I contact the so called customer support, but now in addition to emails and whatsapp's I have phoned them, but the incompetence does not end there, as the 1st person cant help so she was going to escalate my issue, after holding on the call for several minutes they eventually cut me off, twice Not a single person is competent enough to stick to their word or deliver as promised
