Utterly disgusted

I saw an add on the Makro website, pamphlet was still active. After looking at the price and sending someone to buy the item at Makro, i was informed that the price was incorrect. I called Makro Ottery and spoke to the marketing Manger who introduced himself as Andre. i told him the situation and his response was, where did you see the ad, and you must be looking at the wrong pamphlet because mine is not the same. Very abrupt, not that i expected to be treated any better, im used to treatment like that from Makro in Ottery. He told me that his shelving in his store has the correct pricing and notice, as if i can see what is happening on his shelves, from behind my pc. I am utterly disgusted in the attitude of a marketing Manager, telling me " we can correct the price in store as long as our customers can see the notice on the shelves". i am so happy that i took a screen shot of the pamphlet and it states 01/10/2020 to 31/12/2020 . WHAT A JOKE. Makro, your service and communication levels suck.
