Utterly disgusted

I purchased a KIC fridge and when I received it and turned it on, it kept making strange noises and up until now it still does. The light does not go on when I open the door and so I went to makro Saturday morning to get a other fridge and obviously I had to pay in. I asked if they could deliver and was told no and I understood but also told then that I will need to make arrangements for someone to be at my house for the delivery, it is now 15:00 and everything I call I get told that it would be later which is unacceptable as I informed wafiek that I wanted it to be delivered early today and the manager in the appliances department is just as useless as he didn't even make an attempt to apologise and make arrangements for it to be delivered sooner! I am extremely disappointed in Makro. Your service sucks!!! I have someone sitting there since this morning only to be told that they still busy with the first delivery and my fridge will only be delivered with the second delivery and that my damn fridge is still at the store!!! The manager also has no customer etiquette and does not know about customer satisfaction!
