UTTER USELESS REPAIRS ? RETURNS DEPT!
USELESS!!!
got a faulty unit out of the box when ordering from Makro online,
It has been 2 weeks since i logged a return, the unit is still in my possession,
I have been promised by managers they will oversee the return personally, and yet. here i am 2 weeks later with a faulty unit still.. No arranged collection yet, now when the unit is collected i will propably be told its another 2 weeks,
This is unaaceptable!
