Utter disgraceful service from MAKRO

Bought table at Makro last year for Christmas, delivery was supposed to be on 23 December 2024, haven't to this day received table,called a few times,wasted money on airtime and some of my calls were dropped,when i finally was assisted i was told order cant be canceled and matter will be escalated,im given the runaround when calling call center and all they keep saying is matter will be escalated,in the mean time money is being deducted for item monthly from my account. Disgraceful.Absolute NO FEEDBACK from MAKRO so will take matters further.
