I've generally had excellent service from Makro..especially when they used the Wumdrop courier team..

They now use the Courier Guy as far as I can see, and now, I have wrong packages being delivered to me. I now requires me to contact Makro to resolve the matter...

I love the fact that I cam get my needs (especially heavy items) delivered to.me free of charge with orders over R500.00. But they really need to rethink their decision.to use the courier guy..

And still no feedback regarding the wrong delivery. And I still don't have the rest of my order. Now we know why people are Turing to Temu and Shein. They are so much more efficient.
