Useless work place and disgusting online help service

One star is way more than what Makro deserves. My order was placed on Wednesday, 27 November and delivery was scheduled to take place on Friday, 29 November. No delivery was made that day. When my order was out for delivery the Saturday, I made arrangements with the agent to have my order delivered to me the Monday, 2 December. It is now 6 December and no delivery or updates in regards to my order. When I phoned them back on Tuesday to find out what happened with delivery, the agent never noted down any of the arrangements even though THE WEBSITE says we should make new arrangements if we ARE NOT available. I have kept phoning and nothing is happening!
