Useless with online for deliveries

Horribly online seller. Order placed, delivery agent noted, they don't deliver and when phoned they advise they can only look at Whatsapp. Whatsapp sent and they don't respond. Then they advise you well into the evening that your parcel is 4th in line... it's a work address so who will be receiving it??

Then the state delivery failed, after call attempts with Markro (who don't assist) a message is received 2 days later that your parcel is on its way. A Not even 11am and they just advise you its failed... no attempt was even made to deliver.

Now many days later and many chats, nothing has happened on this... so what now?

And as to support, don't even try their email support line - they don't come back to you.
