Useless with no communication. Zero stars would have been better.

I ordered two s**** sets from Makro online. I only received one of the two sets and thought that it must be an honest mistake, and I tried contacting the relevant department but with no success. I thought that Makro was better than this. I am utterly disappointed, and I will not support them in the future no matter how big the special is. They must be disgusted by the lack of customer service that they offer; for a company that has been in existence for this long, it is a wonder that they can still afford to keep their doors open, perhaps with all the ****** money from clients like me.
