Useless support
What a useless online support team, you should be ashamed. Failed to deliver my order, fail to respond to emails. Phoned the support team 4 times now, always full off promises, but fails to deliver. I will now go buy the same item on Takealot. Makro can just not compete with them. You have seen the last of me, F off useless company.

From the numerous bad experiences shared here from other customers and your absolute horrific score it is clear that you do not care about your customers and you sure as hell haven't bothered to 'implement solutions'.
