Useless staff at Makro Germistonp

Now I understand why Makro is loosing money, it's the way their staff treats clients, I bought a fan on Sunday, got home took it out of the box and start assembling it, the back part could fit on right and the head did not want to turn, Monday I took it back explained to the lady behind the counter what's wrong, she called the useless Tevo person I explained the same story to her, and asked her I want a different brand of fan, then she started telling me that she is not the manufacturer and it's not her fault, so instead of helping me get a another fan she went off on me, well I walked out of there with no fan, I bought a new 1 at Builders Warehouse, makro germiston will never see me again after I've been shopping there for more than 8 years already
