Useless staff!!!

<p>I am ****ing ****ed off at this store. Last time I went I wanted a treadmill and they did not have the treadmill in the store. I then asked for a rain check and they said no they dont do rain checks. I then ask what store they can get it from and they phoned around. I then asked for the store manager and she told me the store manager is not there (lie) . I then SAW the manager and spoke to him. They spoke to the Vaal store and confirmed they have 4 in stock. The Vaal store said they cannot keep one. After the manager arranged with them they said they will pick up the machine next week, if the shop still have 1 in stock. I was shocked that they have a customer ready to buy the machine, but dont want to do the effort to get the sale. I spent about 2 hours in the shop....</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I went to Makro again during lunch break (20km drive there) and got the things I want in the trolly. I then got to the till and the lady rang up the items (about R3000.00). I wanted to pay with my card, but the till asked for supervisor authorization. The lady tried to get the ONE AND ONLY supervisor at 20+ tills!!!! I waited patiently, but when the supervisor started with the 3rd customer while i was waited the lady at the till said I can try the manager or wait but it could take an hour!!!!!!!! ****ING USELESS!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I left everything. Marko Alberton waisted my lunch hour and made me later back to work and waisted my petrol... what a waste of time.</p>
