Useless services

Even the review is a disappointment by not being able to give a zero. Online service is terrible, call center is also useless. Staff has no idea of what is happening and escalations are unresolved. After the store was unable to refund me on products I logged a return online on the 6th of December 2024. After numerous calls and no communication regarding my calls I still do not have a refund!!!!!!! No one is calling back or providing feedback as promised.
