Useless Service From Makro. 3 month later, they can't fix a Washing Machine
I recently wrote about my experience with Makro. They took 2 months to fix our washing machine and we had to raise multiple complaints. They use a company called Master are which is completely useless. Everytime they work on the machine something else is left either not connected or broken and we now always on the call with useless Makro customer service and still without a working washing machine. Really frustrating experience and please avoid getting large appliances from them.

29 Oct 2022, 18:11We are on month 3, without a working washing machine since we first reported this & 3 different visits from Mastercare. It's unfair to customers to do half jobs just so you can be called back again. While your technicians are making money from the callouts we are losing time, & money going to laundries. Very unfair
