Useless Service Centre
Makro customer service is the worst I have come across. It is not just that my order has taken 2 months so far and is still not delivered, it is the fact that I have phoned numerous times to ask what is happening and been told every time that it will be resolved and I will be called back. I am still waiting for any call from the service team...and I am still waiting for my order. I won't be ordering anything else from Makro.
