Useless Service and Communication
Most *********** organisation. Ordered items on line, followed up numerous time. Now to be told they cancelled the order and refunded me. Needless to say they did not communicate anything in this regard , as well as **** that refund was processed, on top of that apparently it 30% less than what I paid. Second to that I have sent mails, had calls to update in the incorrect details on my profile. Amazing that it gets acknowledge, and yet they do not update anything. Do not deserve even a one star.

Maybe stop with the automated responses, which you never give feedback to anyway. Stop apologizing and actual fix the problem.
Here we are at the 25 July (11 days later) with still no repsonse from a person(real one) and still no refund. I have asked for formal communication, but that seems not to be in Makro's customer service policy.
