Useless service

Good day I ordered online from Makro and my delivery was short. I advise Makro they said they will look into it. I send an email 2x, I called in and was advised it will looked into urgently. I'm loosing my business now due to this delay and no one is getting back to me. I have to use my airtime to call in and be told the same story and no one is doing anything. I need some to assist with this ASAP. I'm very unhappy
