Useless service

Placed an order on 28/03, 11 days later and the order status still shows as Order Placed. Useless customer service ppl say they cannot escalate unless the promised SLA delivery date of 09/04 has passed. Use common sense, if today us 07/04 that SLA will not be met. But they had no issue taking my money..... Let's also mention when you try call their contact centre the stuff are rude and unheard just drop the call on you.

Clearly Makro does not value their customers.
