USELESS SERVICE!
<p>My first online shopping experience with Makro has been nothing but a nightmare!!! Being told 2-5 working days is an abolute lie. Order was placed on the 25 November, email received on the 28th November to say order packed and with courier for delivery.....Ja right! No delivery. 5 working days in on the 2 December followed up to be told by Makro that it was out for delivery that day.. no delivery. Followed up Saturday 3rd to be told they cannot follow up with courier but it will be out for delivery on Monday 5 December but they would follow up. Still nothing. Called again to be told they cannot tell me when it will be delivered. Phoned courier company myself to be told that they have not received the goods! Pathetic service and still no goods yet! Just seem to be getting absolutely no where. First and last time I will use this service!</p>
