Useless service

This is the poorest service I received from makro who is using wumdrop as their courier partner my order was registered on the 2 of December delivery were supposed to be the 3 rd the driver from wumdrop did not work but the order was booked on his name ok Monday the 4 th I called the driver he is at makro can't find parcel whole day went by only to notify me late of the 4th their is a delivery exception ok the 5 th I have a screen shot to say the parcel has been handed to courier got a call from makro to ask did I receive my parcel I said no ok he said he will call me back he didn't I called him o sorry the courier never came that can really stick that products so far were the sun is not shining. Avoid them
