Useless salesmen

I went to makro last week looking to buy the defy c385 metallic fridge with water dispenser. i went to the fridge section and was seeking assistance from one of the salesmen. the one was just standing around, i dont remember his name, i asked him for assistance and he said would help me shortly. he eventually came to me and i asked him how much was delivery, he said R250, which i will not pay as i live 5km away, so would come the weekend and get it rather, i asked him if he has stock and he came back few minutes later saying yes he had stock. i asked if he could keep it for me , and he said yes , he will put it on the floor and i must just come saturday and get it. saturday we go there and he isnt there, neither is a fridge that i had been expecting. a lady then helped us and said they havnt even had stock of that fridge, neither does germiston makro. i proceeded to buy the defy without water dispenser as i cannot wait for stock to eventually hopefully arrive.. i had to pay R300 more for a fridge without dispenser cause the salesman is a complete and utter idiot that didnt care lying to my face. it is ridiculous especially seeing he gets commission. PATHETIC!!!
