Useless, pathetic service and staff!

5 days and still no delivery. Order : MAK851021 Makro card number: **********

Order placed online on Monday 07/05. Called in on Thursday 10/05 to follow up, i was advised this will be invoiced and delivery "should' take place on Monday 14/05. Today 14/05 i called in again, to be told they have not dispatched the item yet? This was a promotional itm? Surely Makro who sells the item would know if there is stock or not? Makro's website is in bold that shipping is between 2 - 5 working days! So its pathetic that NO ONE has called me to advise me where my order is??????? I suggest Makro employ people who knows what they are doing! I get a call now from Colin a manager with some bull**** story - where Makro *****ed up! Well Makro's staff! Guess what??? the order is only being placed today! A WEEK LATER? WELL DONE MAKRO - YOU GUYS ARE AWWWSOM
