Useless, pathetic and ***********
Useless, pathetic and ***********. My order was placed on 27 November and was apparently given to the courier on 29 November. I called them today, 4 days later and was told I should wait till the end of the week. No attempt by the agent to even trace my order. When I’m told 2-5 days from ordering to delivery that’s what I expect. I don’t appreciate having to call you on day 6 and be told to wait longer
