Useless online store

The most useless online store and customer care. You can never speak to anyone that can tell you about your order. The call centre will "escalate" - my order still says it will be delivered by 2 December, it now 4 Dec and the call centre says "there is no movement on your order, I will escalate". Second time they have escalated and still not feedback!
