Useless online shopping service!
Shocking customer service! We ordered a filter for our vacuum cleaner in January and we are still waiting. So far the delivery van has apparently been hijacked TWICE, then the driver that was bringing the item to our house never arrived - then lockdown happened. We are still waiting for a simple vacuum cleaner filter - and attempts to get a refund were hopeless. Less than impressed!!!!
