Useless Online Ordering system and worse staff

Your customers expected you to use a little bit of logic when setting up your online ordering system. Can you tell me that none of the geniuses who designed your online ordering system could work out a way to cater for substitution of goods when you run out of stock after a customer has paid for his order and you CONFIRMED the order???? You take 3 days to argue with the customer as to why you cannot substitute any products and deliver his goods after you have already taken the money. I offered to pay extra to substitute products (like Checkers does) and your standard answer was no. Or you could do what Clicks does and send the remaining items from another warehouse.

BTW. Your delivery fee is R57 not R50. All of your other prices include VAT (except the exempt items), so should the delivery fee. Thats just false advertising!
