Useless Online department - order MAK261275

<p>Order was placed online on 25/11/2016 with confirmation of payment received. They state delivery 2-5 working days. I have sent emails, I've phoned 4 times today and was told delivery will take place today 2/12/2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is yet to happen and they dump the problem on their couriers. I've received no call backs or follow ups. What a let down, if they advertise black Friday sales and can't deliver customer service. At this stage I want a full refund due to non performance on their part & they cannot make good on their promises. Clear violation of customer consumer act: non performance, & advertising of goods not in stock. Pathetic!!!</p>
