Useless online business

0 stars is more adequate. I ordered a robot vacuum which arrived promptly. I phoned in after 2 days of trying for a return. The battery runtime is not even half the advertised time, and the cleaning is erratic. I honed again after 2 days and was then told to log a return online, which I then did. I have contacted them about 5 times by phone since and once by email, but all I received is a SMS apologising for the delay. Thie item is still awaiting collection, and I am still waiting for my refund.

MAKRO, please run your online department like a business else it will fail horribly!!!!!!!
