USELESS!!! NEVER USE MAKRO!!!

I was issued a refund on a faulty product on 26th October,

I phone Makro today, no the refund is awaiting approval.

After i had received approval on the 26th of October, Via email,

I have mailed them constantly, no replies,

this is the 2nd Time Makro has shown their incompetence, ON A SINGLE ORDER!

My life motto used to be Try everything once,

It's now Try everything once, EXCEPT MAKRO!!!!

your service is horrid, you don't know what is going on half the time, and your staff seem to be only there for a pay check, as the only thing they can do is, say, we are sorry for the inconvenience , That should be how you answer THE PHONE GOING FORWARD, MAKRO GOOD DAY< SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENIECE!! UTTER USELESS!!!
